At SALCO LA CUMBRE, the rental price includes sheets and towels, final cleaning, energy costs and 10% VAT. We offer a minimum stay of 5 days in our apartments and 7 days in our villas.

Make your payment securely through our website using a card or if you prefer, you can opt for bank transfer. For each reservation, we require a security deposit of €300 (or €500 for special villas), which can be in cash, check or valid copy of debit/credit card. This deposit will be returned to you on the day of your departure, once we have verified that the property has been left in good condition.
