WHERE ARE YOU?

We are located in the Cumbre del Sol development in Benitachell, between Jávea and Moraira. If you are coming by car from the AP-7 motorway, exits 63 (Benissa-Teulada) and 62 (Dénia-Jávea) will drop you off nearby. Then, just follow the signs for Benitachell/Poble Nou de Benitatxell.

WHAT DO YOUR PRICES INCLUDE?

Our prices include rental, sheets and towels, final cleaning, energy costs, and 10% VAT.

WHAT OPTIONAL SERVICES CAN I INCLUDE WHEN BOOKING?

We offer travel cots and extra beds for rent.

HOW DO I BOOK ONLINE?

Select your check-in and check-out dates (the system will only allow you to do so on Saturdays during high season for villas), the number of occupants, and click the "Search" button. Select the house you prefer from the resulting list. After clicking the "Book" button, you can pay by credit/debit card.

WHERE DO I GO ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL?

On the day of your arrival, go to our office located here https://goo.gl/dDAXYP, where we will welcome you. You must provide the security deposit (€300 for most houses) and the ID/passport details of all guests over 16 years of age who will be staying at the house. We will make copies of all documents, and you must sign a separate registration form for each guest. After this, a member of our staff will escort you to the house and open it for you.

WHEN CAN I ENTER THE HOUSE?

You may enter the house from 3:00 PM (please contact our office for exceptions during off-season and in specific cases).

HOW DO I GET MY DEPOSIT RETURN?

A member of our staff will visit the house between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM to check the condition of the property and return your deposit if everything is in order.

WHEN DO I HAVE TO LEAVE THE HOUSE?

You must leave the house before 10:00 AM so our cleaning team can leave it ready for the next tenant. We just ask that you leave the kitchen utensils clean and do not leave trash bags in the house.

HOW DO I GET MY DEPOSIT RETURN IF WE ARE LEAVING VERY EARLY ON SATURDAY?

In that case, we will return the deposit by bank transfer as soon as we can verify that everything is in order. We will tell you where to leave the keys when you leave.

WILL MY SHEETS AND TOWELS BE CHANGED DURING MY STAY?

This is an additional service we offer for 20 euros per person + 10% VAT. All our homes have washing machines and clotheslines to make doing your laundry easier.

WHO TAKES CARE OF THE POOL AND GARDEN AT THE HOUSE I RENT?

The pool attendants and gardeners at our homes are instructed to do their work with minimal disruption to you. Please do not touch the automated programs for the pool motors and automatic garden irrigation.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS AN EMERGENCY, SUCH AS A POWER OUTAGE OR AN APPLIANCE BREAKDOWN?

Please contact our office and our emergency phone number so we can send a specialized technician to check and repair it, if necessary. You will not be charged for this service.

HOW DO I COLLECT THE KEYS AND HOW WILL I KNOW WHERE THE HOUSE IS IF I ARRIVE LATE AND YOUR OFFICE IS CLOSED?

Contact our office so we can tell you how we will deliver the keys and the floor plan with directions to the house (we do not indicate this here for security reasons).

DO I HAVE TO PAY ANY AMOUNT FOR ELECTRICITY, GAS, OR WATER CONSUMPTION?

Energy costs are included in our prices. However, please use it reasonably and, when using the air conditioning, close the doors and windows, do not turn the refrigerator above setting 3 to ensure proper air conditioning conservation,...

CAN I LEAVE THE TRASH AT THE DOOR OF THE HOUSE FOR COLLECTION?

There is no organic waste collection in our development. There are numerous organic waste collection points, as well as selective collection points for glass, paper, and more. We recommend that you dispose of your trash regularly and not leave it until the last minute.

CAN WE COMPLETELY TRUST SALCO?

You can trust that you will find our office, opened in 2002, and that, thanks to our agreements with the owners of the properties we rent, they meet the appropriate conditions. The fact that our company appears on Google Maps is another reason to trust us (Google verifies the businesses it offers in its listings). We are also registered and supervised by the Valencian Community Tourism Agency. What you should be wary of are direct rentals from owners and unregistered "companies" that do not pay taxes or office rent.
