WHERE ARE YOU?

We are in the urbanization Cumbre del Sol in Benitachell, between Javea and Moraira. If driving on the motorway AP-7, exits number 63 (Benissa-Teulada) and number 62 (Dénia, Jávea) will leave nearby. Then just follow the signs towards Benitachell / Poble Nou de Benitachell.

WHICH OPTIONAL SERVICES CAN I INCLUDE IN THE TIME OF BOOKING?

We hire travel cots and extra beds.

HOW TO RESERVE FROM INTERNET?

Select the date of entry and departure (the system will only let you do on a Saturday in high season), also the number of passengers and click the "Search" button. Select the house to your liking from the resulting list. After pressing the button "Book" you can make payment by credit / debit card.

WHERE TO GO ON ARRIVAL DAY?

The arrival day come to our office located here https://goo.gl/dDAXYP where we will welcome you. Here you shall deliver the deposit (300 euros for most houses) and the IDs / passports for all over 16 years old who will be in the house. We will make copies of all documents, and everyone must sign a separate registration form for each. After that, a member of our staff will accompany you to the house and open it for you.

WHEN CAN I GET INTO THE HOUSE?

You can enter the house from 3:00 pm (call our office for off peak season exceptions and special cases).

HOW WILL BE DEPOSIT RETURNED TO ME?

A member of our staff will visit the house between 9:00 am and 10:00 am for, in your presence, check the condition of the house, and return the deposit if everything is correct.

WHEN DO I HAVE TO GET OUT OF THE HOUSE?

Must necessarily leave the house before 10:00 am, so our cleaning team can have it ready for the next tenant. We only ask that you please leave the kitchen utensils clean and do not leave trash bags in the house.

HOW DO I RETURN THE DEPOSIT OUT IF LEAVING EARLY?

In that case we will visit the house the previous day between 6pm and 7pm to check their status, and return the deposit if everything is correct. We will tell you where to leave us the keys when you leave.

CAN I CHANGE THE SHEETS AND TOWELS DURING MY STAY?

This is an extra service that we offer for 20 euros per person + 10% VAT. In all our houses are washing machine for easy washing clothes.

WHO CARES FOR THE POOL AND GARDEN HOME TO RENT?

The piscineros and gardeners of our homes are advised to do their work with minimal hassle on your part. Please do not touch the automated pool engine schedules and automatic watering gardens systems.

WHAT IF THERE IS AN EMERGENCY, SUCH CUTS OFF OF LIGHT, SOME ELECTRICAL FAULT?

Contact our office and our emergency phone number so we can send a technician to check and repair if necessary. You will not pay for this service.

HOW TO PICK THE KEYS AND HOW WILL I KNOW WHERE IS THE HOUSE IF I AM LATE AND YOUR OFFICE IS CLOSED?

Contact our office and we indicate how we will deliver the keys and the directions to find the house (not indicated here for security reasons).

DO I HAVE TO PAY ANY AMOUNT FOR CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY, GAS AND WATER?

Energy expenditure is included in our prices. But please make a reasonable use, and when you use the air conditioning shut the doors and windows, do not turn the refrigerator up from position 3 that ensure good conservation, ...

CAN I LEAVE THE TRASH AT THE DOOR OF THE HOUSE FOR THE PICK?

Here we have no organic waste collection. There are numerous points of organic waste collection and collection points for glass, paper, ... We recommend that you remove trash regularly and not leave it until the last day.

WE ARE OF YOUR COMPLETE CONFIDENCE

You can trust that you will find our office, opened in 2002, and that by our agreements with the owners of the houses we rent they meet the right conditions. That our business appear on Google maps is one more reason to trust (Google does business checks offered in their listings). We are also registered and monitored by the Agency for Tourism of Valencia. What you should be wary is with "direct owners" and "companies" that pay no taxes, and has no office.
